Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders and view past purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I use a gift card or discount code?
Yes. Apply your code at checkout. You can also purchase a Traversatile Gift Card for someone special.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Most U.S. deliveries arrive in 5–10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
How can I track my order?
We'll email tracking info once your item ships. You can also track your order here.
Where does my order ship from?
Most items may be shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, which can affect shipping times.
Why is my order arriving is separate packages?
We work with a network of trusted fulfillment partners to source and ship our products efficiently. Sometimes, items in your order may be shipped from different locations — especially if they are handled by different warehouse partners.
This allows us to offer a wider variety of gear without inflating prices or limiting availability.
But don’t worry — your entire order is on the way, and you’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.
